Very disappointed with this company. They did not send the flowers that I ordered. And they did not send a banner that I paid for. This was from my sister's thoughand I cannot Express how horribly upset I am. Plus I ordered a large and they sent a small spray. It didn't even have the flowers in it that I ordered. And when you try and call to get things corrected. Nobody answers the phone. They say the call volume is too high And user automated chat, but that doesn't help either.

I've ordered flowers for my grandma multiple times. They always come in beautiful and last long. If they don't have what I ordered they would call and work to find a suitable substitute.

I've been ordering their flowers for the last 5-7 years and each and every time they are fresh and long lasting - better than any other florist! I use them exclusively because I can rely on their excellence.

I live in the Grand Rapids area and just chose Victoria's Garden off of the internet. They when I arrived at the funeral home for the funeral I was so very pleased with the flowers. I have very disappointed from other florist when doing the same exact thing. Do not worry about being embarrassed when Victoria's Garden does your arrangement for any event. They produce exactly, if not more, what they show online. Would for sure refer them and use them again.
